  • 29 U.S.C. § 207(a)(1) – Employing nonexempt employees for weeks in excess of forty hours
  • 29 U.S.C. § 211(C) – Failing to maintain time records in an accurate manner

The claimant states that he is owed money from the company for the hours that he worked without being paid his full wages.  He wants to be paid for the overtime that he is due that was not accounted for because of the inaccuracy of the records.
