Rochelle Owens's practice encompasses diverse employment law litigation
in actions for discrimination and the Fair Labor Standards Act, mediation
and writing briefs to be reviewed by the United States Court of Appeals
for the Fifth Circuit. She also has experience advising and representing
employees and small to mid-size business clients regarding human resource
issues, including drafting employee personnel handbooks, hiring new employees
and disciplining or terminating existing employees.
Ms. Owens joined Moore & Associates in 2003 as a law clerk. Previously,
she worked in the Products Liability section at Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P.
